Older buildings have a great charm and history especially Educational Institutes that new buildings with modern architecture do not have, but they can get old and need a renovation maintaining their previous grace. Taking an older building and giving it a facelift is a way to improve an existing dull and old look as well as adding a glamour quotient to the neighborhood that it belongs in. Building facelifts can be extensive and include major renovations, but for those on a budget, there are simple ways to improve the look of a building on a limited cost.
